I am taking time during my work day to call and this is eating up my productivity time. I am currently on hold waiting for a resolution, I have already been on this call for 20 minutes. If I do not return the product to Amazon by a certain date, I will be charged for it as if I had purchased two of this product.
I would like to be able to just print the label myself and stick in on the package as it seems that this is the only way to resolve this issue. I have been told that this is not possible. This is the WORST experience I have ever had shipping a package and I am inclined to never use UPS again.
