There’s no such thing as stubborn fat. When you burn fat the fat is burned from everywhere. If you have stomach fat, it isn’t “stubborn”, you’re just fat and not working out and dieting enough. Thick thighs save lives. Well, as I understand it adipose cells don’t really replicate or die off, but instead, shrink or grow, so “Stubborn” fat is just areas that don’t shrink in pace with the rest of the body, and require an almost insane amount more work than anywhere else in your body
New Thick thighs save lives design!
That’s a genetic abnormality and not common enough of an issue to profit from. And as a personal trainer, I’ve never even seen it or heard of it. Going vegan is better for the animals, your health, the environment, and it helps end world hunger. I hope you stumble across this comment and consider making the transition. Thick thighs save lives. If vegans really do worry about animals, then it must be very stressful being a vegan and stress will knock years off your life haha gutted. The Human body is designed to be omnivorous, as the nutrients from occasional animal sources are required to keep us going. Granted, most people eat more meat than they need to, but you do still need some.
Vegans are usually very vitamin (and mostly omega 3) deficient, which is why they are usually only skin and bones. Good for weight loss but they tend to be more mentally unstable. I don’t supplement anything and I’ve been vegan for quite awhile now. And no, we don’t need meat to survive. There are vegans who were born and raised that way who have never eaten meat and they are thriving today. My blood work says otherwise to your argument.
Buy it and enjoy it!
All the grain used to fatten up animals every day could go to starving families. Who needs that food but instead we mass produce animals and use more grain to feed them. No joke the only thing that has ever helped me hit a weight. I have never hit before (and I am extremely active and have played sports all my life throughout school and a little in college) was becoming a Vegan.
If you really did care about plants because apparently, you’re a plant’s right activist, then you would know that being vegan would save more plants than eating both plants and animals because the feed produced to feed animals actually kills more plants so we can cause the least amount of harm by going vegan! Weight as a vegan because you were thinking you have to eat more to get in enough calories but you could have actually been overeating. Just make sure you’re getting in enough food (not to much not to little) and veganism will improve your health!
