For you Walgreens? Because really what can I get with $5? This is totally unfair we’ve worked hard to earn those points to buy something worthy! The grinch I used to smile and then I worked at Meijer But I guess is ok losing costumer over a few bucks right?

Walgreens and thanks for the response finally! I appreciate the explanation as well, however, this new agreement overriding my original agreement with you, under which I made purchases to earn points to redeem in a specified way, is not acceptable to me. You removed a large amount of earned points from my account and now, redeeming them at $5.00 increments would require me to spend to redeem since not everything falls under a $5.00 price. The grinch I used to smile and then I worked at Meijer It will also require me to spend by paying additional taxes on the overage AND will force me to pay for shipping if I order online or spend more to make the minimum.
I am an online shopper and only occasionally come into the store so now I will be required to spend on gas and lose time to redeem as well! This action on your part is not in good faith, it is not adhering legally to an original agreement for which you obtained my email address to participate and, generally-speaking not a very nice thing for you to do to consumers who were counting on these points right before the holidays. Thanks for the telephone number which I will utilize to call you and initiate a claim.

Because they don’t want you to find things under $5 to purchase one at a time. They want you to take $5 off a much larger purchase. Because they have absolutely no regard for loyalty in their customer base, or respect for customers who rely on rewards programs as part of their budget. The pharmacist at the store in NORFOLK Va at 21 st and Colley lied to me about an error that had been made resulting in my son’s prescription being delayed and my son being kicked out of a program that he was in to receive this drug.
The initial error was bad enough but it was compounded by conflicting information from the pharmacist and the techs and then worsened when the pharmacist lied. I’m still waiting on the resolution. They say that they are working on fixing the mistake but it has already been proven that they have no compunction about lying to customers
