Employees actually get punished if they could have done more (whether helping customers or getting other work done) by pushing their bodies beyond what is healthy. That is exactly why. They cut store’s budgets to where a skeleton crew would be an improvement, then when customers get upset because there was no one who could check if there was more of a product in the back, help them find a product, help them in photo or cosmetics, and/or had to wait in a long line because no employees were free to open up another register, they get upset with the employees for not doing more. The grinch I used to smile and then I worked at Co-Op They get upset when stores have a low customer satisfaction rating, but they count things like complaints about the prices of products, reducing store/pharmacy hours, or other things that the store has no control over and are caused by corporate against the stores (as if the store is to blame).

I now shop at CVS. I have complained to Walgreens at all levels about how unhappy I am with the reward program changes and the truth is they do not respond and they are not going to do anything for their loyal customers. I have a lot of points that are now worthless and it would talk me years to use them based on the new program. Walgreens no longer values me as a customer and I now have better options to shop at CVS and Amazon and my local grocery stores so sad they did this to us.
As the points that I have accumulated via purchases under a written redemption agreement have now been removed, I would like to request a refund for those purchases that were made under the written understanding that those points earned could be utilized in a certain manner. I will also accept full recompense of the points and the reinstatement of the method to redeem those particular points earned before November 4th when you began your new agreement, as an alternative.
Changing the method under which these points were earned and could be redeemed is not in good faith within the agreement provided upon sign-up into your Balanced Rewards program for any and all participating consumers. Please post your response so that I can understand how this will be corrected and, if, not, what your claims process will be as soon as possible, as these points were accumulated for use during the holidays following the rules of the agreement at the time of purchase and accumulation so this must be a timely response.
