This morning I had prayed to my higher power this morning to remove the compulsion of smoking cigarettes and to guide me and give me the strength to eat healthy, then I went on fb and this was the first video to pop up. I am leaving my habit of smoking cigarette behind. My incentive being able to be closer to my family. And clear health. The grinch I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain this to you I have done it by saying everyday. I had lots of people (even family members) were telling to stop talking and to take action. Some even told me that I was crazy that I was not going to quit
I did it! After months of just saying everyday it finally happened. Of course I still get the urge but I enjoy having the urge and saying I want to smoke but I am not smoking shit I am not taking any alternative for my nicotine cravings. Nicotine I think is a major cause for my core strength being weak. I am just having some hot water to wash that tar down.

That’s an admirable thing you guys are doing. I quit over 20 years ago and I’m so glad I did, not just for the money but the countless other benefits, not least of which is that here in Oz you’re made out to be a sort of social outcast these days if you smoke. I am going to try this journey as well “again” I pray for you and I that we can do these steps to a final destination good luck and peace
