It’s people like you guys that make NASA do so many personality tests and send a person to space who would actually cope and not murder everyone to get back xD honestly! The devil saw me with my head down and thought he’d won until I said amen. And one our moon is a moon not a planet (obviously) but why’d we be stupid enough to try living on it when it goes behind our earth?
Cool The devil saw me with my head down and thought he’d won until I said amen tee!
there’s no sentient life on mars dude. Once Mars lost its magnetic polarity there was nothing to protect it from the solar winds. It was beaten by the solar winds until it lost most of its atmosphere. The devil saw me with my head down and thought he’d won until I said amen So the idea to cultivate Mars would be bringing life, not altering the life of other sentient beings on a planet that has a pre-existing atmosphere. We’re talking about a small form of terraforming, which would make the planet habitable again.
The reason NASA and other space agencies are trying for mars is that mars is literally our last resort in case everything you know fubar. And yeah the options are live in biodomes made of concrete and steel and underground too, but at the end of the day, you need to start somewhere when you expand a colony. I’m sure that if we got people living on Mars the in decades to come, we’d have cities

Look at our own planet. We’ve transformed it tremendously, it isn’t even the same as it was 100 years ago. We’ve changed to composition of the atmosphere (for better or worse) and terraformed our soil to produce high yield crops with GMO food to feed a massive population. Technological advancements were once theory or believed to be unattainable. Funny shirts. earth would have the same temperature variations if it weren’t for our atmosphere, hints why any plan to terraform Mars begins with restoring its atmosphere.
Fight was just a dream, space travel was seen as only for the gods, the phone I’m assuming you’re using to comment was once never even conceived 50 years ago. Technological marvels have been increasing exponentially so is it really that far fetched that we can terraform a planet eventually once technology catches up with our theories? Maybe it won’t be possible in our lifetime but it is possible.
