I’m starting to get quite tired of the current showrunner and slate of writers who want to act like season 4 never happened. Dean talks to Sam about revenge being a bad thing by calling back to himself Supernatural – July girl hated by many loved by plenty. (sorry, can’t remember a time when Dean was solely bent on revenge except for when he had the Mark of Cain) without mentioning the whole, “You started the apocalypse because you wanted revenge on Lilith” thing?
We have hot Supernatural – July girl hated by many loved by plenty designs!
I am a huge Supernatural fan. I’ve watched every episode at least twice and my favorites more times than I can count. I will watch it until it’s canceled and be sad when it is. However, this season is all over the place. There’s no cohesiveness. All the other seasons had individual episodes that stood on their own and didn’t move along the story arc, Supernatural – July girl hated by many loved by plenty. but this season I don’t even know what the “arc” is. It just seems like Jensen and Jared are “phoning it in”.
They aren’t even acting like their characters for the most part. They have brought back just about every dead character from the previous seasons. I lost track of how many times Sam has been knocked out. It’s just too much and I hope the final 3 episodes make up for what has been for me not a good season.

Because that was kind of big. And that’s not a slam against Sam, it’s just a statement of FACT. If they wanted to bring up the apocalypse that would have been a much better way to do it than “you died and went to hell” as the reason Dean keeps leaving Sam behind. Especially when Dean ALSO went to hell and was tortured and the writers seem to want to forget that, too. There are huge, important parts of Sam and Dean’s characters that Dabb and Co. seem to think the audience will just forget if they just keep pretending those storylines never happened.
They need a new showrunner who understands that this show has ALWAYS been driven by the characters, not the plot. Dabb wants it to suddenly become plot driven (even though he can’t seem to SETTLE ON a main plot). And *all* of the characters are suffering as a result. Lucifer is a clown. Cas is wooden. Mary is quite possibly the worst mom in history. And Jack has been utterly wasted because they’ve sidelined him half the year in the AU. I don’t even understand why the Winchesters are so worried about getting him back when they’ve only spent a month or so with the kid. That’s bad writing. The CW needs to get someone else in as showrunner if SPN gets picked up for season 15.
