Find a space and time where you can be uninterrupted and give this time to yourself without distractions. Sit in vertical position and closed your eyes and focus on your heart beats. Recall a situation in your life that is challenging or difficult and causing you hurt or stress. Close your eyes and bring this situation to mind. Feel the struggle, distress, and emotional discomfort in your body. Try to remember the situation that hurts you what bad you did intensionally or unintentionally with yourself. You can meditate in any stance though, but I prefer sitting or lying down in bed. It’s all in the mind, neutrally observing and accepting any thought that comes to mind, not obsessing or clinging on it. Just observe it and let it go. Remember all your emotions are like an ocean’s wave, they come and go. Set a timer to 3 minutes at first and see what time you are comfortable with after a few times.
