regardless of how ‘deserving’ they’re seen to be, a tyrant is still a tyrant, even if they’re loved by millions and cruel to a minority. Kind to her supporters, Starbucks mother of coffee game of thrones shirt ruthless to her opposition, she was never wholly good, but more, everyone’s love of her made them overlook her less desirable traits

I don’t really know who I want to be in the throne at this point.I love Sansa but I wouldn’t want her on the throne. Mainly because I don’t think she’d even want it. After everything she’s been through, I think the last thing she wants is to be anywhere near King’s Landing or that throne. She’s definitely learned her lesson about Starks not doing well in the south. I think she just wants to live peacefully in an independent north at this point. That’s where she wants to rule. Once I would probably have said Tyrion. But I think they’ve really watered down his character these last couple of seasons and in his current TV version Starbucks mother of coffee game of thrones shirt I just don’t think he’s the right person either. So yeah, I don’t really have an answer for that. I don’t think any of the people still alive should get the throne, at least not the versions of them in the show. I think they will probably make Jon Snow the king at the end… though I’m not excited for that either. Maybe if the books ever get finished I’ll have a different opinion there. agreed, but I’d go back even further, for example the scene with her ordering the pouring of molten gold on her brother, cruelty toward bad people is still cruelty

She was ruthless towards her enemies but has always shown mercy to the innocent. Throughout her journey in Essos, Daenarys’s rule has always been tied to a common theme, which is “Unity” and “End to Tyrants”. Why would she become a tyrant after going through all that?. Mad because almost all of her companions died? She could’ve just went for Cersei and be over with it. And at one point, the Lannister troops werent even trying to fight anymore. There was 0 reason for her to burn King’s Landing. If you watch the show, you’ll notice this ‘descending to madness’ theme just only happen this season and it escalated quickly with that blunder of an episode that didnt make an ounce of sense. Anyways, this season has been FILLED with bad writing from the start and justifying it is just straight up delusional. Dan and David does not know how to write a quality story, period. Should’ve just been patient and waited for George to finish the books. Sad to see an amazing show turn like this.
