Strange isn’t it? I was a Rey Skywalker-die-hard but until I re-watched the movie several times and read the TFA book and Bloodline, Star wars darth vader grillin like a villain shirt there’s no way that Rey is a Skywalker. She is possibly from Kenobi or maybe even Palpatine or from a random family.

Obi Wan however same trait but not a Grey Jedi. In the new movie they used the wording a new Jedi Order, and I know in the EU Luke had a wife; so assuming they keep Luke true to Luke, Star wars darth vader grillin like a villain shirt this new order may have not had the same rules. No, obi-wan was a old hermit who lived alone. He only ever had feelings for one women. He never loved her enough to betray his beliefs. He was a jedi who followed the rules.
Qui-gon was the rule breaker. Obi wan even kept telling him if u would just do as the counsel says u would be on the counsel. Rey will be luke daughter. I am positive I’m tired of people thinking that Obi-Wan Kenobi is a TRUE JEDI. He had girlfriends, especially in his padawan days that are STILL CANON. Like Siri, who recently became canon again, he almost went to the dark side because of her! In the old EU there was a random Princess whom is believed to be based off the canon Satine, that he was briefly with and when she came back, she had a super-force-sensitive son (she wasn’t force-sensitive by the way) and they never said his name or who his father was. It was just a random little story…..
