Egalitarianism, not feminism. The people who wear the vaginas on their heads, feminists, they are in fact asking to be catered to. NO… they demand it. It’s why the majority of women dislike them. They make women look weak.

Dude if she wants to be a scientist and is dedicated to her study her gender will NOT stop her, regardless of peoples feelings towards women. Blatant sexism isnt really tolerated anymore so now its more subtle. Its going to take time whether you like it or not. Im not dismissing anything but your outrage is just a bit redundant. And you’re right, I dont really seek that kind of change so aggressively because im not a woman and I dont know what its like to be a woman. Pitter-patter arch logo shirt What I can say is ive never treated women with disrespect and in my experience men are taught to respect and defend women, as tradition would have it. I understand seeking to end injustices, but enotions make people act all wonky and the whole male hate, specifically white male hate, is getting a little ridiculous, esoecially since so many of us want to move forward. I’m well aware it wont stop her, I know she’s capable of anything…but what I also know, as a women (that you admittedly don’t understand) is that it will be unnecessarily harder, and the likelihood of her to experience harassment or worse along the way is higher than it should be…and how successful and fulfilled can one be at a job with that kind of environment.
You only get one life, i dont think its too much to ask that you be allowed to follow your passions without that kind of soul breaking hostility. You clearly haven’t taken the time to look up what it’s like for some women seeking careers in STEM, or you would find that “blatant sexism” sometimes is very much tolerated by male peers. And I’m not sure why my “outrage” would be anything but redundant until that changes. You seem on the fence about this when its pretty clear you agree with what I’m saying, which is something I find a lot of and will never understand why. Just be an ally, its not that much to ask.
