I have two great Danes now and used to have three. I think mine chewed up three couches, a chair, and an ottoman. Thank goodness November girl is as smooth as Tennessee whiskey they all calmed down once they were about three yrs old. He is huge but looks like he’s in great shape. Mine don’t eat that much, thank goodness.
Cool November girl is as smooth as Tennessee whiskey design!
Different heights in dogs have different healthy weights just like humans. Because this dog is larger than normal, it’d be able to support more weight than a normal sized Dane. Our Dane Bart is large boned and tall and weighs 220. Just like with humans your weight does a lot of damage to your legs. It is no different with dogs. November girl is as smooth as Tennessee whiskeyOf course not on all 4s.. an Ovcharka like you said aren’t ‘tall’ they’re built like muscular and have a lot of furs that makes them appear a lot bigger, they are however bigger in weight but in height, great Danes take the cake 100%.
What is the tallest on all four Great Dane you’ve ever seen? The tallest Çen Sharri I’ve ever seen on all four in-person measured at just over 5 feet tall. I’ve never seen a dog so big in my life. Incredibly beautiful. I think some are meant to be huge and others not so much. All I know is I think the breed as a whole is great! The loving and funny bunch. took a little time and growing up for my male, before they got to learning how to share, and get alone. Their not easy because their very smart too. My female may be smaller but when push comes to shove, she’ll take him down within seconds

And all she has to do is wash him and .hug him and brush his teeth and make sure he has all his shots to and cut down his nails and trim his hair and brush it softly to. She needs to learn to train her dog the fact he destroyed that many couches and she can’t walk him without him listening is bad you gotta be the pack leader not the dog be the leader!! I’ve lost countless shoes, furniture, clothing.. just about everything has been chewed on. But I would do it all over again. I absolutely love this breed. Once you get thru the chew stage they are the best dogs!!!
I love nothing more than a big dog, my own 3-year-old is a huge beast. But what he does not do is run this house. If he so much as chewed up a pillow there’d be trouble let alone a couch. Those dogs need better training. They have plenty of love but you can give them both. I have a Great Dane. She is very big and very gentle. Very smart and knows everything I say. I love her and she loves making. My fur baby forever.
