Ditch the Ramon and use steamed rice and switch out the beef for chicken and cut soy sauce in half. And it would be cholesterol healthy and diabetic healthy. Whole grain my dietitian said is great if you know it does raise your bs. My favorite type of men ramen. I’m still early on diabetic and trying foods and seeing what does and doesn’t raise mine
Cool My favorite type of men ramen design!
Have heard the same about whole kernel corn on the cob but that doesn’t raise mine either dad is insulin dependent raises his a lot but not mine. And rice has carbs that raise blood sugar too. If you carb count with insulin it’s fine, just figure out the brown sugar carbs. I don’t eat meat so I’d use tofu or skip it and use veggie broth. My favorite type of men ramen. At Walmart, they sell packaged ramen just noodles that don’t have a bunch of crap so I’d use those. Both of them a few times. Really good. Or just eat it like it is because one-day Health nuts are going to be really pissed when they’re in the hospital dying of nothing

I am new to being a vegetarian. But I understand if there is meat in something it is not vegetarian. I have used, before being a vegetarian, the word “veggies” to mean vegetables. I will continue to use the word to mean vegetables. I will use the word vegetarian to mean someone not eating meat, and the word vegan to mean someone who eats no animal products. I really don’t think it is a big deal. Lighten up, folks.
I used speakers, zucchini, squash, Red & green peppers, onion, and mushrooms! The flavor was fantastic. Cooked the ramen noodles in the sauce before it thickened. Well, I agree but it’s basically a homemade teriyaki and that’s how they are made. Half white sugar, half brown, then soy sauce, oil, and garlic. This sounds really good but I, unfortunately, can’t eat it, as made there is the way to much salt in it. Either I or if someone has already would have to figure out a new recipe that is as similar as possible without any or as little as possible salt in it.
