He was a man who stood his ground, who was strong enough to tell it like it is even knowing people wouldn’t like it. He didn’t run and hide. Muhammad Ali just do it believe in something even if it means sacrificing everything He was proud of who he was and loved his people. Young black men should take note.

I am so sad I could never meet you in person. You are the greatest of all times and should not only rembered as a boxer. In our times where people in public only want more money and never speak up for their believes and values, you remind us that you can do better than this. You were a great poet, entertainer, Muhammad Ali just do it believe in something even if it means sacrificing everything and an outstanding civil rights activist, freedom fighter and icon for black people all arount the globe. You were a great and badly needed spokesman for moderate Islam at a time when extremists have hijacked the global narrative and perpetuate a spiral of hate that is only exacerbated by bigotry in the West. To honour your legacy is to maintain your message of tolerance in our memorials, and to understand your strength in terms that respect and value your beliefs.

I wouldn’t call it dodging. He didn’t run to Canada. He took what was coming to him. He lost his heavyweight title, lost three years of his prime earning career, and lost his license to box. Not to mention he was more or less public enemy #1. Three years later, and a slower version of him returned to the ring. This was probably the reason he even developed Parkinson’s, because he developed a style called “Taking Hits Until The Other Guy is Tired.” So he paid for that in many ways. Mhammad Ali for not only taking boxing to a whole new level but also for what you did outside the ring. You are a true hero and inspiration, and will be truly missed.May Allah bless your soul and grant you a high rank in Paradise..
