To the people who say about depression… I had anxiety and depression for 5 years… Very bad. Couldn’t even get out of bed, feed my child or answer the door…. Mother’s day step mom definition shirt Not going into details too much, but I got through it. I had CBT ( cognitive behavioural therapy) changed my way of thinking and and now live happily with a new partner and we own a pub and see hundreds of people a day..

3 years ago I wanted to kill myself… Now I’m thankful I didn’t.. It IS all about the way you think.. Look into CBT, read up about it. It’s amazing… ALSO read a book called The Secret… That’s a powerful book.. Thank you so much for this comment. I have depression and many other issues and I really want to get better but it feels too hard sometimes. It’s so sad to see that other people like me who have these problems still can’t even see one tiny glimpse of positivity in life and think there’s never hope for getting better. Mother’s day step mom definition shirt I’m absolutely terrified of going to therapy and making appointments but I really want to try doing CBT sometime and seeing if it will help me <3I’m also going to look into the book you mentioned As a person who deals with heightened anxiety regularly and at times panic attacks and dark episodes of unshakeable dread, I can also attest to the power of positive thinking and CBT. Thank you for your comment!

it is very hard at times, you HAVE to wake up thinking positive every morning and take every minuet at a time. Try and stay positive in your day buy the one breakfast that you Love and have it every morning, so you look forward to waking up. I am thankful that I have a mother and sister who helped me through my hard times, I didn’t make phone calls or appointments my mum did it for me the first time BUT I had my fist session and even after that one session I was able to phone up after my appointment and book the next session in. Stay strong you can do it. I still have times where I feel myself slipping back but then I remember what I have and, just being alive is a positive thing.
