What’s the point of signing up for the email notification for tickets if you dont send it when the tickets drop. Now I have worse seats even though I’ve been watching my email like a Hawkeye waiting for them. I got tickets without any issue on the app. My complaint is their notification system. The email notification went out like 4 hours after the tickets went up. If I hadn’t been notified by someone else tickets would have been sold out. it’s not the Internet that’s the problem. Im on my phone, tablet n laptop. Tablet n laptop on wifi n phone on its own service. And all 3 im having problems. Ive been trying since 7:50 when i got a notification. At first it was easy to select seat but wouldnt let me purchase tix. Then it just threw me on the waiting line. Once it was my turn again same problem, wont go to purchase page. I never had a problem like this before It may just be that someone else out there chose the same seats you did but beat you to securing them by a few seconds. Everyone is trying to buy the tickets at the same time. I would actually like to BUY tickets without your site crashing, please! Been in the queue for about an hour and when I checked out, it crashed and gave me a 502 error! Then kicked me out! BS!!!
