I neither found Thanos complex nor sympathetic. I never once felt sorry for him or felt bad for him. In a world full of super heroes be a Loki Thanos seems to not feel bad about what he’s doing either since he feels it’s for the greater good.
New In a world full of super heroes be a Loki designs!
I get that Loki will eventually really die, that nobody can play in a movie series forever, but what the fans can’t accept about Loki’s death is the way he died. How can the God of Mischief, who has magic and the blood of Jotun, died because he wants to stab Thanos, who is apparently physically strong, In a world full of super heroes be a Loki with a small dagger, without any struggle? That’s why fans are desperate for his comeback, not because he’s dead, but because this is too out of character for Loki!
I used to think so, maybe in the sequel, there’re some reasons for Loki’s death, or fake death. Yet Russo Brothers did reveal in an interview in Happy Sad Confused that Loki was dead for real. So unless they are just tricking the audience, Loki will not revive, or fake dying. Loki’s death was so underwhelming. No real drama. Ok he’s dead… move on. I wanted to be mortified or horrified, something more than what his death scene delivered. It was flat. Gamoras death was much more shocking. Tom’s character deserved better.
Welcome to my hot collection!
I understand that Tom can’t be Loki forever, and i knew that Loki was going to die in this movie, but a little more screen time and a better way to die was much to ask? I mean, for God sake!!! Loki is one of the most beloved characters!! He deserves much better He’s not dead. His “corpse” still looked Asgardian, which is not what Loki really looks like. He looks Jutun, and when he dies, he will revert, because his magic will no longer project the illusion that he has used all day, every day, since he was an infant.
I’m fine with him being dead. Well, kind of… It’s always better to end something when it’s still good. I just did not like his death, that way of dying. It seemed so… useless. He tried to kill Thanos right there and without magic. Doesn’t seemed very Loki… And his death didn’t change the story in any way, I hated that. Nothing like “Thor was only able to escape Thanos because his brother sacrificed himself there” or something. That’s just meh… And they had to kill him off during the very first scenes of the movie.
