I live in small town, rural North Carolina. This area is (unfortunately) full of Trump supporters. And because we are such a small town, there is literally only one place to get most household goods: Walmart. Impeach 45 45th President Donald Trump. The closest Target is 65+ miles away. Our choices are basically Walmart, Big Lots, CVS, and Walgreens. Good luck with that boycott.
Have hot Impeach 45 45th President Donald Trump design!
I so love when they have a boycott. They are spectacularly bad at them. It’s hard to pick a favorite. Buying more coffee at Starbucks so the baristas would have to yell out trump – like a barista ever got a name right in the first place. Or the coffee maker destruction it’s just so delicious! Yep, but you know, at this point Target may be seen as the lesser of two evils (at least until Christmas time). Impeach 45 45th President Donald Trump. Regardless, any other store that people that may go to other than Walmart is also 65+ miles away. I can’t answer for Melissa Balk Bumgarner, but it’s very difficult trying to deal with trumpeters. I’ve been unfriended and unfollowed because I’m not a fan of his.
Oh well is all I can say. I tend to not post too much about Trump just to avoid conflict with the locals. I have unfollowed (but not unfriended) people who support him a little too zealously. It’s a fine line to walk. I’m in upstate SC and we liberals are few and far between, but thankfully there are more of us popping up recently. Walmart is one of our few choices, and for poor school teachers like myself, we have to choose Walmart for cost efficiency. I am disappointed that Walmart was stupid enough to succumb to false threats because really no one is going to boycott them here in the South because we can’t afford to.

I live in eastern NC, and this isn’t going to happen here either. It would be akin to saying stop driving pickup trucks because they have imported parts. Never going to happen. I haven’t been to a Food Lion in years. There is one here, but it is on the other side of town. I go to Lowe’s Foods – they were founded here (along with Lowe’s Hardware), and are clean. I’d have to drive 65 miles for a Publix. I am not from WV, but I moved there when I was 20 and started at WVU when I was 22. I lived there for 7 years and loved absolutely loved it. I left for the same reason everyone leaves – a job.
I used to work at Kmart. The customers who told us they would never shop there again, always did, much to our disappointment. I had a customer once told me she would never shop here again, and then proceeded to walk back through the store shopping for another hour and checked out. BTW this was all because she could not understand “now marked” meant she didn’t get
