If waking early works well for you its because your biological clock is geared that way. Others’ biological clocks differ. I know you are trying to encourage positive productivity, however the “early to rise” concept has since been disproven by science. Perhaps try a different methodology, like avoiding procrastination and living in the now instead. I have hDEC2 and it is horrible, if I could find a way to ‘fix it’ I certainly would have done so by now. The only thing I have been able to do is accept myself for what I am & help my children with their struggle as they transcend into adulthood.
