Honestly stop listening to others.. listen to your body.. it is giving you signals but you are not listening and so you have to listen to others who might give you a generic diet or workout.. your body does give signals but problem is we are not willing to listen to it. It definitely work wonders. My husband wanted to loses weight and literally in 2-3 months he was in a great shape. Workout never became part of the routine but if he had combined both it would have been magical. The trick is to not break the cycle and maintain your routine.
