You are so right. All the people that I have had the pleasure to personally know or have met throughout my life are some of the most fascinating people I love my country That has touched my life in so many ways.
Lovely I love my country items!
Never mind if your English was not perfect. The most important thing is you were able to relay to us how kind the Turkish are to animals, especially to homeless animals. I love my country Your sharing touched my heart because I have a soft spot in my heart for abandoned and neglected animals like cats and dogs. Sometimes I wonder how can people be so cruel to these helpless animals when they are also God’s creations. So when I read of stories about the kindness of people to stray animals my faith to humanity is restored.
Everywhere we went, the stray cats and dogs were taken care of and fed. Every house, restaurant, mosque, and the church had dishes of food and water out! Even seed for the birds on the windowsills. Not many people have the place to keep them or the endurance to clean their mess indoors. Or money to have them adapt to their lives. Everywhere they will be bad people we have the same things go on in our country but we won’t tolerate stray animals. I prefer turkeys way because I do believe we should be living with them not killing them for being a nuisance.

no just this butcher trust me right outside this butcher a old lady whacked a dog on the head with her walking stick whilst I was there, most stray dogs are beating, boiling water thrown at, and shot and axed in the head, just down the road from this shop, this man is one of the only kind men in the area to animals, and he is a butcher!
Turkey has tolerance against any religion and women are on equal standing as men. There shouldn’t be a threat to anybody unless you go, “conservative” prefectures like Konya. In Konya, even people with the same religion with different has a tension between them. Other than that, Turkey is not a country to be settled in at the moment, but to visit or a vacation? A one of a kind experience.
