There is a difference Conrad if you switched out Bacon and eggs for cereals and doughnuts weight would fall off high sugar in breads and doughnuts and you are low carving with Bacon and eggs and sausage. German blood inside me. My husband s mom and dad they dont. Their grandparents didnt either.
Welcome to German blood inside me items!
All people in Europe don’t eat a breakfast of fruits and all people in America don’t eat donuts for breakfast. Be reasonable. In general people in Europe and in many Asian countries eat better quality food. they cook, they run a house hold, eat much less processed junk what was toxic even in the moment of their production. German blood inside me. Though there are big persons also in Europe, obese and morbid obese almost disfigured people are rare in Europe. No one says everybody! But most do and its a fact! Especially the younger generation! Click to own these design shirts!
But sadly that generation goes away more and more. Crazy how many ppl here are eating out! Have you ever been to europe? I lived there 28 years and coming here was a shock for me seing all the bad food. Poffertjes are a dessert, or a treat. Not a meal in the Netherlands. The only reason people are becoming overweight these days in Europe is because of junk food chains, like Mc Donald’s, Pizza Hut, etc, etc. Years ago they didn’t have these trashy junk food chains. People in Europe walk and bike a lot more than here.
Show me your tee in here!
The older generations teach the younger generations. Saying it’s the youngs fault is complete shit. An adult created the companies that make this shit that kids eat. I agree not all Americans eat dessert for breakfast and not all Europeans eat fruit for breakfast the french love their croissants. But as an Australian who is a regular visitor to the US that stays in hotels, many with a breakfast option I get really annoyed that 95% of the time all that is on offer is these sticky cakes, pancakes and waffles, sometimes bacon and scrambled eggs.
Fresh fruit and yogurt is offered maybe 5% of the time and occasionally at the higher end hotels u might have someone preparing fresh omelettes to order. you’re not being honest. I regularly travel and stay in a variety of hotels with my kids and husband. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at here that offers hot breakfasts has healthy options like yogurt, fruit, eggs, whole wheat toast, etc. What I noticed however was the holistic lifestyle differences. They likely cycled to get to the pancake and back home! The culture incorporates health and balance along with portion control. These are the general difference. I also didn’t see as evident an issue with obesity in the Netherlands as I do in the US and Canada. There were some examples but not nearly as evident.
Pluses and Minuses.
