Did you know the NFL never came out of the locker room for the anthem until the government payed them to come off as being more patriotic? Football is my second favorite F-word. Why don’t you stand with your hand over your heart every morning before work and vow an oath to the nation?
New Football is my second favorite F-word tee!
What about my previous comment? What is so unpatriotic about it? Using the the rights the country was built off of is not patriotic? Or do you mean kneeling for a flag? You do know “kneeling” was an idea given to him. Pennington if NFL hates America then how come Ravens used an Army vet at all home games to sing the anthem. He quit after wk 4 last season & said “I support the protest bcause its peaceful & I fought for their rights. I don’t like all this booing going on. So I quit doing the anthem til everyone accepts the protest. Football is my second favorite F-word. Once they accept it I will return to sing.” See a vet won’t sing til u accept the protest. Falcons HC goes military bases 2 weeks after the draft each year give the military gifts. Cowboys honor the fallen officer from July 7, 2016 & 2016 is when the protest began. Kap protested the police by kneeling when Cowboys honored the fallen officers. Cowboys still honor them by not protesting. Ravens & Falcons may allow the protest but they love our vets
Welcome to my hot designs!
They are protesting unfair treatment towards colored Americans by the police force. So you are against them protesting? But you don’t even know why they are protesting? Makes sense. I strongly believe in the right to protest, just not in that venue. Are there statics to back up this protest? Could I google it to find them? Where? What about people not of color, are they protesting about their treatment, when it is unfair, as well? I feel like we are all in this together.
I personally believe this so-called oppression of police against African Americans is a bunch of garbage in 2018 and is certainly not a widespread epidemic plaguing this country. But aside from that, explain how not standing for our flag is a protest against police. It makes zero sense to me. Why don’t they protest at law enforcement institutions or police events? If what they perceive as an injustice makes this country, as a whole, not worth honoring, then why exactly do they remain here? I’ll tell you why. It’s because it’s the greatest country on the planet and they know it. Instead, they’re taking a completely separate issue and using it to flip the middle finger to the entire country and the men and women who died defending it. I’m sure there are certain aspects of our society that we all take exception to. At the end of the day, we still love our nation for what it is. Standing for your anthem should be a prerequisite for all Americans.
