I grew up in a 3rd World country and moving here in the US with all the comfort and instant pleasure and almost every thing is disposable and sometimes even they treat people that way. It made me realize that back home we appreciate every single thing. It’s perspective. When you are young it’s the big house and car. The reality of starting out in life is we have nothing but debt. Marriage and children help us work harder for that dream. I am currently a widow and empty nester. I have downsized twice. My next move will be a tiny house lol. I value my friends, family, and the amazing moments spent with those I love

However, true wealth is defined by ones true happiness and knowing its not the material things that define you. You can live on bread and water or lobster and steak and still be happy.
