You are one of the nurses that will make a positive impact on the lives and well being of your patients. You truly care that they will become as Farmer little watercolor pig physically healthy as possible and importantly will be mentally content and reassured of that.
Cute Farmer little watercolor pig designs!
As a retired peds charge, transport, PICU general and IMC and oncology and NICU 38 years what you say is so true!! Highest honor I ever received was from PICU med director when his first child was a round two, he asked if his wife could bring her in would I look her over to make sure he isn’t missing something!!! Farmer little watercolor pig She had a little viral thing but I was honored out of all the staff, residents ect he chose Me!
I read your whole comment and i related to it so well! I had open heart surgery in November 2017, and your words rang a bell! Thank you Nurse Nikki, you are the Nurses I had! Thank you to all of you because your job is very hard but in my estimation you all come out with glowing reviews! God bless all of you with strength, patience, know-how and everything that makes all of you champions OF THE LIVING! I have a son-in-law who is a pulmonologist (Spelling?) and the nurses help him with the advancement of his patients’ condition! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I have been an LPN for 6 years and it’s the hardest job I have ever loved. I work SNF/ICF in a small 88 bed facility with some of the heaviest residents I have ever taken care of. It may not sound like a lot to some people but, when you have a smaller amount of patients with heavier needs, it makes a difference. I feel like LPN’S don’t get as much recognition/appreciation as RN’S do. We are all on the same team. I help my CNAS as much as I can, have HR breathing down my neck because I didn’t get a lunch again this week, (he says it’s not possible for someone to go 12 hours without eating, haha) and sure! I’ll take on call today!
