Baking soda is the same thing as bicarb, “soda” is the name for it in the US. And baking powder does the same job, it’s just in a more powdery form. I just wondered why there were 2 ingredients that give the same ‘action’ in cooking. Drink coffee and go to ireland. They do not state how much milk, water, flour I am not a baker so I cannot judge by the video would like to try and make it
Enjoy Drink coffee and go to ireland design!
Whenever I make homemade chocolate cake I put it in the batter, not the frosting, because it makes the cake moist. Idk why you’d put it in the frosting. All I can say is I’ve bought chocolate sour cream frosting and it’s great! Drink coffee and go to ireland. I can’t find it anymore!! Mayonnaise Choc cake is good too!! The sour cream gives it a creamy, silky and a bit of a tangy taste. I put it in my chocolate frostings most of the time. Love it!! A tablespoon of golden syrup in a cup of warm milk, equals 3 eggs in a cake. Trust me, it works!!
Unfortunately real coffee lovers will attest that we cannot do anything until we have had our coffee which also includes eating. I guarantee Eating before drinking coffee is going to ruin my day and upset my mood. Trust that. I have been drinking water in the morning along with my coffee for quite some time now. Kind of figured it wasn’t the greatest thing to do on an empty stomach. My family uses the used coffee grounds to enrich the soil of the house plants. Hawaiian coffee growers do this as well.
Welcome to my new item!
Caffeine is bad for the minds of developing kids. Children should be kept away from stimulants as it is easier to become dependent at a younger age. Their brain literally alters to account for it! No nicotine either! And it doesn’t take a genius or conspiracy nut to ask very seriously why it’s become so popular over the last two decades to start pumping kids full of Ritalin and Adderall? I’m not saying ADHD is not real – I’m 48 and I was designated – though not labeled and medicated – as hyperactive way back in the 1970s, and even without that I can tell you just from being me that it definitely is a real thing – but the notion that its epidemic is absurd.
The much simpler, logical explanation is that our education system is grossly outmoded. As the great educationalist, Sir Ken Robinson puts it, and I paraphrase: it’s ridiculous to expect kids to sit still and stare at a flat board in a world of constant dynamic stimuli of ever-expanding complexity. So why the hell are we pumping kids full of stimulant drugs? It sure as hell ain’t becuase they have a learning disorder, it’s because they have a conforming to the outdated ways of trying to control their minds “disorder”. But what’s going to happen thirty or forty years from now when the world is being run by a generation of speed freaks?
