I am sending you my Gratitude wave for constantly inspiring me. Sometimes, I fall back on a guilt mode for all the challenges I have been facing since 2015 but just hearing you speak brings so much clarity on the direction I have to take and lead my own destiny. Thanks a million once again for reaching out to enhance all our lives through your teachings What I’m hearing is that the practice of detachment is key to self control. Camel towing when it’s wedged in tight we’ll pull it out I’ve recently begun the practice of meditation and allowing my mind to dump in one session and focus in another. I am going to use detachment with love over the next week to see how it changes my thinking, energy, and connection with others.
I wish meditation worked for me. Maybe I’m doing it wrong. Are you supposed to be thinking or not thinking when meditating? Your mind will keep doing what it does. You just practice not being attached to it. It gets easier from m there. You can also try focusing on a flame.
Get your tee and enjoy your day
You own your life and choose how to live it….It’s all about choices. If you’re depressed or not feeling wanted or appreciated put pen to paper and write down the way you are feeling. Choose 1 thing from that list everyday and set your mind on how you are going to change it. Surround yourself with people who have a positive impact in your life
This is something i learned during a Vipassana retreat in North Fork and it was a huge eye opener. I had learned the theory but to practice every day was like having some sort of awakening
