If they’d written that dany takes it all on the chin and she and Jon skip happily ever after to rule The Iron Throne, that’s totally unrealistic. Air arya stark game of thrones shirt Dany is a raging ball of grief, anger, frustration…they’ve written her reaction to millions of bubbling emotions completely right.

I love King to pieces, but if we’re being honest, GOT is ending in much the same way he ends a hell of a lot of his books. I mean, Jesus, just look at the Dark Tower series. It’s only natural he’d be totally cool with this final season. Personally, this is why I loathe fan theories. They’re pointless because the writers get the ultimate say whether we agree with the plot turns or not, so it’s best just to enjoy the ride. I’m not about to sign a petition like some over-fanatical goober Air arya stark game of thrones shirt (there are much more important things in this world to petition), but this season is definitely rushed and sloppy. All you can do is shrug your shoulders and look forward to the last novel. As someone who has taken to screenwriting, and has been writing my whole life- writing is hard, and a craft. Endings are the hardest. The people complaining are certainly armchair critics. How can you sum up 10 years of storytelling and satisfy the character arcs, in addition to being true to the fans, writers, books, actors, etc. Its a huge responsibility, and YOU DONT KNOW , but may George RR Martin wanted it this way. There are definitely a myriad of clues planted in each season. Daenerys only burned someone or something every single season. This isn’t her first bonfire. To all the people that think this should be ending differently- what ending do you propose?

It was the nicest thing I could think of without being too offensive to hundreds of thousands of “protesters” I don’t know personally while still conveying my distaste toward the whole ridiculous debacle. Lol Here’s my thought, armchair critics: write it yourselves, and if you ever get past the fact that you will be utterly at sea in terms of narrative structure, plotting, character development, thinking visually and getting it on the page in order to move the story along without page after page of expository dialog (not to mention writing in proper screenwriting format so all your potential partners will take you seriously)
then feel free to submit it to HBO. Yeah. Try that. No? Then my I suggest a nice tug of fan fiction. Great the reductive and idiotic defence of you can’t do better. Just because you’re not a world class chef then you cannot call out shit as shit then right? Bad writing is bad writing and the idiots who don’t use your brains while watching shows cannot seem to tell the difference. Since you’re here commenting I would suggest you also take your non filmmaker ass and keep that shitty opinion to yourself.
