Dany has been mad since Drago died. She’s been crucifying people and burning people alive for years. Aegon targaryen you know nothing jon snow game of thrones shirt Why is everybody just now realizing she’s insane? She said she would burn cities and take what was hers.

I think the problem is it all feels rushed. Jamie gets with Brienne, then up and decides to go back to King’s Landing to be with Cersei. No deliberation or anything. Dany has one slightly upsetting dinner party where everyone likes Jon better than her and seemingly goes mad over night (although seeing her two oldest and closest advisors brutally killed probably didn’t help)? The Golden Company arrives in Westeros and does jack-all when that could have been an excellent battle scene? Cersei just gets crushed by rocks with barely any denouement? Aegon targaryen you know nothing jon snow game of thrones shirt It just seems like they’re rushing to finish up plot lines in too short a season. She’s one of my favorite characters on the show, but at no time did it look like she was going to be the hero of the show. All of the people she saved, she didn’t do it for them, she did it for herself. She was addicted to the role of savior, loved the adulation, and convinced herself that everybody would just swoon before her and anoint her on the spot. You could see the snap coming a long time ago.
Take it and hang out with these cool designs
Actually, I think it will be a happy ending… For some characters. For Dany probably not as much. The show is going as it is meant to go, albeit abridged Not at all! Maybe good writing and careful editing at the very least…also delivering on carefully created plot threads, long developed character arcs, satisfying/deserved antagonist deaths, etc etc would have been nice lol I heard HBO is looking at frustrated fans posts and reaching out to see how they would do the show. If you have a Facebook page your ready to run the largest show in television history. It’s been an excellent season with appropriate resolutions of long simmering plots and character arcs and appropriately shocking action. Just because the mad queen lived up to foreshadowing and is no longer your feminist BFF doesn’t mean it’s bad writing.
