If Feminism was actually actually about gender equality then the “good” feminists wouldn’t have a problem with changing the name to a more gender neutral term to differentiate themselves 5 ways to tell when a redhead is angry mug from the hate spewing, militant, radical, “bad” feminists. You can’t be for gender equality while the core philosophy of the movment is misandrous just as the MRAs can’t be for equality if their core philosophy is misogynist.
5 ways to tell when a redhead is angry mug
Not that your rudeness really deserves an answer but I am happy in myself, I have plenty of men friends (although unlike you, I don’t define my worth or any woman’s worth in terms of male attention). Definition of a feminist is a person who thinks men and women should have equality. If anyone is uncomfortable with that idea, 5 ways to tell when a redhead is angry mug don’t identify as a feminist. But if you do think equality is a good idea, (and I think men have as much if not more to gain from feminism, being liberated from unfair burdens imposed by gender stereotypes) then why not own the word feminist?
When someone tells me they are a Feminist it tells me that they either don’t understand how toxic the actions of the “bad” Feminists are; are wilfully ignorant to the problem; or are themselves supporting that toxicity and hate. I have had bad experiences with a man named Joel, as have many people I know. If you’re a “good” man, you shouldn’t have any problem changing your name to differentiate yourself from that bad Joel. If you insist upon still being called Joel, that tells me that you either don’t understand how toxic the actions of the “bad” Joel are; are willfully ignorant to the problem; or that you yourself support the bad things he did.
